The location was fantastic, right next to Waikiki Beach and within walking distance of shops and eateries, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, the rooms were outdated and in need of updating, with some issues like broken furniture and a blocked toilet that flooded the room. Despite these setbacks, the service was very kind and friendly, offering assistance with airport transfers and providing little extras like bottled waters and fruit. The hotel had a terrific view of the beach and surrounding area. Although my room was actually at the back of the property overlooking the car park and bins, it was clean and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that the rooms were not well-maintained, always running out of towels, washcloths, and other supplies like coffee and tea; I had to keep asking for them.
