Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly and helpful staff. While the location is fantastic, overlooking the beach and close to various attractions, noise levels can be an issue. The dining options are good but slightly overpriced. Overall, a place worth considering for a stay.
The hotel is perfectly located in Waikiki, central to everything, near the beach, and ideal for exploring. The rooms could use some improvements like better insulation. On the downside, food and drinks are pricey, especially the alcohol. The view from the room overlooks the car park and bins.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, right next to Waikiki Beach and within walking distance of shops and eateries, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, the rooms were outdated and in need of updating, with some issues like broken furniture and a blocked toilet that flooded the room. Despite these setbacks, the service was very kind and friendly, offering assistance with airport transfers and providing little extras like bottled waters and fruit. The facilities were up to standard, but the dining experience, limited to Sicilian pastries in the morning, added to my general dislike of the facility.
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to shopping streets and Waikiki beach. The rooms, however, are small with only one chair, making it uncomfortable to relax. The service was friendly and welcoming, with a variety of amenities available, but there were minor issues with items being misplaced. The buffet dining option was good but slightly overpriced. Overall, the hotel is a handy choice due to its fantastic location and courteous staff.
The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance to many attractions and the beach. The rooms were below expectations due to noise from the service elevators and lackluster views. The service was exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate requests. Dining options were overpriced and of substandard quality.
The hotel had a terrific view of the beach and surrounding area. Although my room was actually at the back of the property overlooking the car park and bins, it was clean and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that the rooms were not well-maintained, always running out of towels, washcloths, and other supplies like coffee and tea; I had to keep asking for them.
The hotel is conveniently located with access to stores, beaches, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, although they have an older appearance. The service is friendly and accommodating, but lacking in heating options. The location offers a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere. The dining experience is a good mix of hot breakfast items and local choices, but with a high price tag. Overall, a value-for-money option with a few areas for improvement.
